Bill Ciberay brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Rubi Ho Group. With an immersive background that transcends business development, executive coaching and Martial Arts education; Bill is highly skilled in developing leaders, businesses and healthier working environments.

In his 20 year+ career, Bill has personally transformed near-foreclosure businesses into top profit centers by embodying innovative customer-centric approaches to pricing thresholds; holistic, value-added services and education; and more motivated employees focused on the client versus non-customer-facing responsibilities.

As the Director of Operations and Client Relations at The Rubi Ho Group, Bill brings this same customer-first energy structuring the company to be responsive, relevant and real. With a penchant for creating positive customer experiences, Bill serves as the primary operational and program interface between The Rubi Ho Group and its clients.

As a successful leadership and business consultant, Bill also integrates a strong belief in the Martial Arts Code of Ethics as part of his interpersonal approach. Bringing a deep sense of professionalism, humanity and discipline to his consulting; Bill works first on the personal level to help build “healthier” people into “healthier” and more productive leaders. He also shares this Code of Ethics in motivational speaking to help others realize how a lifestyle of integrity can aid in overcoming major obstacles in one’s life.

Certified as an executive coach and SAOL™ Strategic and Organizational Leadership consultant, Bill additionally holds a degree in Organizational Leadership affording him both real-world and academically-based knowledge and experience. Throughout his career, he has shared this expertise with notable clients from companies such as Procter and Gamble, Stanley Black and Decker, United Way and a number of small businesses from various industries.

Bill lives in West Chester, OH with his wife Nazarena and their three children.
