jewelAs the owner, of Potential Gem Executive Coaching, LLC, Jewel has successfully reapplied her passions of learning, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit into constructing a business focused on building executive leadership and developing healthier organizations.

As background, Jewel has nearly 34 years in consumer research, before retiring from the Procter and Gamble Company. She is a recognized expert in Consumer Insights, Innovation, Segmentation, Strategic Thinking, Mentoring and Leadership Development. As each of these assets, addresses Jewel’s inner passion of fully living her Desired Consumer Experience, which is “To operate in an environment that recognizes change and is flexible enough to support continued growth.” Jewel’s outstanding skillsets were thusly awarded by Procter and Gamble management with the 2003/2004 Presidents Choice Inclusion Award, 2010 Community Beacon Award, and 2010 Dare to Soar Award.

As the owner-coach of Potential Gem Executive Coaching, Jewel’s approach is holistic and begins with understanding the current business environment, as well as reading the pulse of the organization at all levels. She has successfully re-applied her business training, business experiences and innovation, to help guide organizations and to champion an all-inclusive approach to leadership. Additionally Jewel provides one coaching to “potential gems” that can help “polish” individual business styles.

Jewel’s personal motto is her driving force: “Life is too short, to not enjoy it now! So take the time to Breath and Experience as often as possible.”
