About Jacqueline Hutsell
Jacqueline Hutsell is Vice President of People Services for Council on Aging. Before coming to COA in 2008, she was Director of Human Resources for Beech Acres Parenting Center. Jacqueline is also the recipient and part of the 2017 C-Suite award from Venue magazine.
Mrs. Hutsell has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development, including work for GE Capital and Cincinnati Financial Corporation.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development, both from Xavier University. She holds a Certification by the Human Capital Group as a Certified Human Capital Strategist. Jacqueline performs many personality and behavioral assessments and is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC profile. Jacqueline is also a certified Active Shooter Instructor through ALICE Training Institute.
Mrs. Hutsell has been recognized as a 2017 C-Suite Award Recipient, YMCA Black Achiever and a YWCA Rising Star. She has served on several community and educational boards. Having served as President of the Orion Academy School Board, the Local School Decision-Making Board for Clark Montessori High School and the Advisory Board for Xavier University’s Management and Entrepreneurship School at the Williams College of Business.
Jacqueline specializes in strategic planning and integration, leadership coaching, change management, culture and organizational development.
