About MIchelle Giordano
Michelle Giordano has been an HR executive and practitioner for over twenty years having conducted cultural turnarounds in the organizations that have met her path, with the goal of ensuring organizational health for the future of the companies. During this time, she has also been a management consultant and developed and coached HR professionals and business leaders within the organizations in which she works.
Having spent the bulk of her career in the industrial and manufacturing sector in both union and non-union environments, Michelle grew up in the world of continuous improvement utilizing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Through Air Academy Associates, Michelle completed her training and finalized her financial savings project to become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt as well.
Michelle guides organizations to understand their Human Resources and People Vision while aligning these associated actions to serving customers and maximizing company financials. She believes that when you take care of your people, the business takes care of itself.
Michelle graduated Cum Laude from Cedar Crest College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Management and Human Resource Management. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Phoenix’s College of Business and Management with her Masters of Business Administration.
