About Peter Lachance

A defense radar engineer by training and a seasoned senior executive who has worked in engineering, sales, finance, administration and organizational development, Peter has walked in the shoes of many of his clients.

In 2000, after leading the North American arm of an international engineering consulting firm for six years, Peter became an executive coach and leadership development facilitator.

As a testament to his understanding of individual and group behavior, one of his clients, a mid-sized hospital, engaged him to be their interim VP-HR and Chief Learning Officer because they needed his help to change their corporate culture from one where decisions were made very gradually to one where decisions were quickly made at the lowest possible levels.

Peter’s challenging facilitation style ensures that clients are engaged during his individual or group coaching sessions, leading to meaningful, sustainable results.
