Suzanne Burke

Suzanne Burke is the Chief Executive Officer of Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) COA is a large, regional, not-for-profit organization with over 300 employees and a $75 million budget. She has been in this leadership role since 2005. Previously, she worked for Hamilton County for 17 years, serving as the Acting Hamilton County Administrator, Director of the Department of Job & Family Services, and Director of Administrative Services (County Budget Director) among other positions. Ms. Burke has over 25 years of leadership experience managing departments as small as 20 employees to organizations with over 1,000 employees. She has expertise in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Ms. Burke is a frequent national speaker on leading through change, developing a strong organizational culture, and preparing non-profit organizations to operate in a managed care, for-profit, environment.
