The Superpower Assessment

What if you knew your actual superpower?

30 questions. About 9 minutes. The last 8 questions go deeper — they cover what you actually value, how you weigh money vs meaning, and the drive underneath the surface. The result is a single archetype that captures who you are at your best — plus where you're winning, where you're losing, and your % fit across nine real-world paths.

How to take this

  1. Answer for who you actually are — not who you wish you were.
  2. Pick 1 or 2 options per question that resonate. If two are equally true, pick both. If only one is, pick one. (Max 2 per question.)
  3. The last 8 questions go deeper. They cover your values, the tradeoffs you'd actually make for money or meaning, and the drive underneath the surface. Answer honestly — only you see your results.
  4. Your dashboard generates at the bottom.
The Why Behind This Assessment

Why I built this — and why it matters.

I am a product of the Vietnam War. My mom escaped Saigon with eight of her ten children one day before the city fell. I never knew my father. My mother died when I was twelve.

My oldest sister was twenty-one when she became the head of our household — caring for seven younger siblings. We were dirt poor, on food stamps, barely making it. I had no mentor. I made every mistake under the sun. The fact that I stayed out of jail is, in a real way, a miracle.

I don't have one degree — I have four. An undergrad in Chemistry and three Master's. Part of that was hunger. Part of it was, honestly, not knowing what I wanted to do — with my life, let alone a career.

I figured it out the long way. This assessment is the short way I wish I'd had.

Why this exists · Three reasons
01

You shouldn't have to struggle to find your fit.

I spent years searching for my "fit" — career, calling, the thing I was actually built for. I don't want anyone else losing that time. Knowing your superpower shortens that road.

02

You are at your best in your superpower.

People do their finest, most alive work when they're operating out of their natural strength — not patching weaknesses or performing someone else's version of success.

03

You deserve a mentor.

I never had one. If reading this gives you even one piece of clarity I had to earn the hard way, it was worth building. Every person lost in the fog deserves a hand on their shoulder.
