Team Pulse Assessment

Your score is one perspective. Your team's score is the truth.

The premise

The CEO scores Strategy a 5. The VP of Sales scores it a 2. That gap is not a measurement error — it's the conversation your company has been avoiding. The Team Pulse Assessment makes those gaps visible, on one page, in 75 minutes.

Why a team version

The most expensive disagreements are the ones no one names.

The individual Pulse Assessment gives a leader their honest read on Strategy, Leadership, Performance, and Organizational Health. That is useful. But in any company, the truth lives in the delta between leaders. Where the C-suite agrees — that's your foundation. Where the C-suite quietly diverges — that's where execution breaks, talent leaks, and value gets lost.

Alignment

See where you're actually aligned

Identify the pillars your senior team agrees on — the platform you fortify everything else from.

Divergence

See where you quietly disagree

Surface the questions where leaders score 2-point spreads or wider. That's where your company is paying tax.

Cost

Quantify the value lost

The damage section reveals how much your team thinks the gaps have cost in the past 12 months — and where.

Action

Walk out with a fortifying plan

Not a slide deck. A named first move with an owner, a by-when, and a 30-60-90 cadence.

What's included

Everything you need to make the next move.

  • Up to 12 leaders take the Pulse Assessment. Each leader scores all 25 questions across the four pillars and the value-lost section, independently and confidentially.
  • A team dashboard built for your company. Aggregate scores, divergence map, alignment heatmap, and a written narrative that calls out the gaps that matter most.
  • A 75-minute facilitated debrief with Rubi Ho or a senior SAOL coach. Live, with your leadership team in the room. We work the divergence — not around it.
  • Your 30-60-90 fortifying plan. Named action, named owner, named cadence. You leave the session with a starting move, not a homework assignment.
  • Optional 30-day check-in. A 30-minute follow-up to pressure-test execution and unblock what's stuck.

Most leadership teams spend more than this on a single off-site that produces no decisions. This produces one decision, named, owned, and dated.

Common questions

Common Questions

Can I talk to Rubi first before buying?

Absolutely. Use the Schedule a Free Consultation button above — it's a 30-minute call, no charge, no pitch. We'll cover what your team is dealing with, whether the Team Pulse is the right fit, and what to expect from the debrief. If it's a fit, you can purchase right after the call. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

What happens after I purchase?

After PayPal, you'll be taken straight to Rubi's scheduling calendar to book your 75-minute debrief. Rubi also reaches out personally within 24 hours to walk you through how to invite your leadership team to take the Pulse Assessment. Each leader takes it in about 5 minutes; Rubi compiles the team report ahead of your live debrief.

Is travel included?

Most debriefs run virtually (Zoom), and the $1,950 fee fully covers the assessment, the team report, and a virtual session. For in-person debriefs, travel and accommodations are billed at cost or arranged by mutual agreement. If you want it in-person, mention it in your kickoff email and we'll scope the travel cleanly before you commit.

Who should take it?

Your senior leadership team — the people who own outcomes across functions. Typically the CEO and direct reports, sometimes one layer beyond. Up to 12 respondents in a single team session. Larger groups can be split into multiple sessions; we'll discuss on the call.

Is the team assessment confidential?

Yes. Individual responses are aggregated for the team dashboard. We surface the patterns, not the names. The room owns what's said in the room.

What does the debrief actually look like?

75 minutes, virtual or in-person. We walk the dashboard live with your team. We work the highest-divergence questions first — that's where the unspoken disagreements are. By the end, your team has named the one move that starts the fortifying plan. Owner. By-when. Cadence.

What if our team is bigger than 12?

We have two options. Either we run two parallel sessions ($1,950 each) and roll up to a master view, or we scope a custom enterprise engagement. We'll figure out the right fit on the application call.

Does this lead into bigger coaching engagements?

Sometimes. The Team Pulse Assessment is designed to stand on its own — most teams use it as a one-time clarity intervention. For some teams, what surfaces in the debrief becomes the brief for a longer engagement. Either way, no pressure. The session is paid-for value, complete in itself.
