Transforming Organizations From the Inside Out

Yenny Ho

Yenny Ho is a globally recognized Consumer Insights expert, bringing to life break-through innovations that build high customer value through her work at Procter & Gamble.

She has extensive experience working across billion-dollar consumer product categories, and has consistently delivered innovation portfolio development strategies resulting in positive NOS (net impact on sales) and consumer delight.

Her engineering background, combined with her extensive experience in behavioral research, foresight and trends analysis, sensory experience design, marketing story development and claims support strategies, puts her in a unique position to be a Certified SAOL Coach and Consultant. She has the understanding of multi-functional dynamics and applies a holistic perspective to everything she tackles on the leadership and organizational front.

Being the first college graduate in her family — thanks to her family’s dedication to education and the help and guidance of mentors, most notably her 9th grade Physics teacher (Mr. Tortosa) — Yenny has a strong passion for enabling youth, especially in under-privileged situations, to develop and achieve their vision of a brighter future through a successful career in STEM. After all, education is only a piece of the puzzle; it is the development of leadership and inter-personal collaboration skills that is the critical element to enable success.

Yenny is a native of Venezuela and lives in Cincinnati. She is married to the master creator of the SAOL leadership programs (Rubi Ho). Given that her life revolves around the SAOL methodology, she is excited to apply the principles she so firmly believes in to deliver her life-long dream of helping youth develop the skills needed to achieve their vision of a better future, especially within the context of STEM.
